Badcore Horns
Badcore Drum & Brass are the raucous splinter group of the Badcore Horns session section. Less civilised and refined than their older brother but toting more grit and power, you’ll more likely find them giving it stacks on the mean streets of the South West than in a recording studio. As a drum, baritone sax and trumpet 3-piece, they’ve been likened to sounding like a full brass band from a mile away and have spontaniously spawned pavement breakdance battles.
With the most recent addition of pro level producer Barney on kit, the band have focused their efforts on writing and recording new material with more releases planned this year. That journey has allowed them to experiement with incorporating more electronics into the show for a fatter sound although the credo of staying true to their acoustic roots still stands firm.
Influenced by New Orleans brass ensembles and modern electronic styles, they shred anything from hiphop and gypsy jazz to drum ‘n’ bass. Festival shows and walk rounds, as a support act or buskning un-amplified and portable to pop up like audio ninjas, Badcore are guarenteed to bring the noise.

Oh My God! It’s The Church
“If Sexy Jesus is your Saviour, you gotta love your neighbour.
Whether straight or gay, black or white, we party and praise into the night.
A Church for the People both lost and found, a secret Church for the Underground.
A Church for the naughty a Church for the lovin’…
If you don’t sin, Jesus died for nothin’.
“Oh My God! It’s The Church” is like nothing you’ve ever experienced before, yet also as familiar as your grandmammy’s biscuit tin.
Nominated for ‘live act of the year’ at the 2017 festival congress awards, this leftfield church service has their congregation rolling in the aisles and dancing on the pews! With shotgun weddings, absinthe baptisms and hymns to to set your soul on fire, it truly is a church service like no other.
Fronted by insane preacher the right reverend michael alabama jackson, their mission from gawd is to bring people together through funk, soul, disco and their holy water – absinthe… Lots and lots of absinthe!

Parallax Orchestra
Parallax Orchestra was founded in 2015 by Will Harvey and Maddie Cutter. The idea was had to formalise a group to bring together the best and most versatile musicians in order to work with high quality artists from across the musical spectrum. As well as being an orchestra made up of some of country’s best young professional players, Parallax Orchestra provide a session-player fixing and music arranging service and is fundamentally a group of creatively-driven musicians interested in collaboration, co-writing and exploring musical potential.
Parallax Orchestra have proven themselves to be particularly comfortable collaborating with musicians at the heavier end of the spectrum, having performed at the Royal Albert hall in large-scale projects with UK rock band Bring Me The Horizon (April 2016) and most recently with US Hard-Rock band Alter Bridge (October 2017). The orchestra also have appeared at Wembley Arena with Eminem & Clean Bandit for the 2017 MTV EMAs and have a growing list of recording credits.
Parallax Orchestra is conducted by Simon Dobson who is one of the primary arrangers for the ensemble and a two times BASCA award winner for his compositions.
